Pause — Regain Control helps you track streaks, manage urges with short reset tools, and view progress insights. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitations

The Service relies on your device and settings. Stats such as “time regained” are estimates and may not reflect actual time. Because the app is local-first, deleting the app or clearing data may remove your history unless you have a device backup.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Service or its security features.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service.
• Distribute malware or abusive content through the Service.

User Content

You are responsible for the goals, notes, and entries you create within the Service. You must have the rights and permissions to use any content you input. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a purchase or subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
